Anyway, lets jump right into a new series I wanna start, called FOTW (face of the week). Since I have a lot of make-up and hardly ever move out of my comfort zone, I've decided to wear the same products a week, then switch them the next, and so on and so forth. That's how I believe every make-up that I own will get some loving in the end, what do you guys think?
This week's look is very simple, nothing too fancy since I am still on vacation and don't wanna wear too much make-up to give my skin a good well deserved break.
As a foundation base, I've decided to go for NARS sheer glow Foundation in the color Mont Blanc (Light2), as that gives me the most flawless finish so far. It looks slightly dewy and perfectly hides my imperfections without making me look cakey.
To hide my giant dark blue panda eye bags, I've been going for the MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in Shade NW15 which is a little too light for me at the moment but it can act perfectly as a highlighting concealer. At least it is the only concealer so far, that does not crease under my eyes; who else has trouble with under-eye-concealer creasing like hell :( tell me I am not alone!
As a highlighter I've chosen TheBalm Mary-Lou-Manizer, a very gorgeous shimmery highlighter that gives me a very pretty glow, you can also use it as an all over eye-shadow, which can really open up your eyes, it least that is what it does for me. But today I've just tapped it on my C-Area. Very pretty.
MAC's Pro Longwear Blush in the shade Stay by Me, has been my latest addition of blushes and I must say, if you are as pale / fair as I am, this looks absolutely stunning, a very nice light peach with no shimmers whatsoever, that truly enhance my cheeks and give them a defined friendly look.
For my eyes, I love to use a combination of the two, Stila's Smudge Pot in Kitten, for a champagne-shimmery base that does not crease, and Benefit's They Are Real Mascara. I think this is my third already, to me its the greatest mascara I have discovered so far.
Last not but least, I love to give my eyebrows some love. As they like to say, eyebrows frame your face and finish off your look, and I cannot agree more. Anastasia's Brow Duo in medium brown is so lovely, especially if lightly applied to just enhance the shape.
That's it for today guys, what are your favorite everyday make-up products, anything you can recommend that I should really try out? :)
xoxo

I'm so sad that everyone loves the benefit mascara so much, but I just didn't like it at all! It does nothing for me at all!

This is a great idea, it'll definitely help you jump out of your comfort zone! I"m glad you like the smudge pot, I have one and it just doesn't work out for me. It's chunky and doesn't go on smoothly. I'm placing it upside down to see if it'll help with the consistency. Can't wait to see what's up for next week! xx
